About the instructor:
Gursharon Kaur believes that in the right learning environment, we can learn easeful movement intuitively, creating potent change.
​
In this workshop, she will guide you to improve your breathing for more energy and relaxation. It’s breathwork like no other: Trust your body’s wisdom, creating space for vitality to unfold naturally.
​
She is currently in her 4th year of a 4-year training program led by Alan Questel, who studied directly with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais.
