If it’s your first-time trying out Reformer Pilates or Aerial we recommend our Reformer Foundation or Aerial Introduction. You’ll learn how to use the Apparatus and gain an understanding of the foundations to achieve an effective workout.

If you prefer undivided attention or have a specific physical issue you’d like to work on, try our Private classes.

What do I wear?

Comfortable and form-fitting clothes are encouraged so that our instructors are able to see your body alignment. 
For Reformer Pilates Classes:

Grip socks are to be worn. Do note that we have grip socks for sale or rent.  If you prefer to use your own, please come prepared with them.

For Aerial Classes:

Please wear shirts that cover your underarms, and pants that cover the back of your knees as we may occasionally hang on these sensitive body parts. Wearing clothing over these areas help to reduce friction and help with your comfort.

Mindful Movement Studios Pte. Ltd. ( “we” or “us”) takes the privacy of your information seriously.
