
Our Story
Mindful Movement was born out of a deep desire to teach quality movement. We believe in giving our practitioners the gift of self-awareness to better understand their bodies.

Our small, personalized classes give our clients individual attention within a group setting. We also specialize in one-on-one to Private sessions to work with your specific needs, injuries, or goals.​
​
Together, we build sound foundations and guide people through a full range of different movement modalities in a safe space. We've helped people in their twenties maintain their scoliosis and back pain til today in their forties, and helped women in their 60s regain strength, balance, and mobility after recurrent knee pain - all through movement, and body awareness.

Our instructors are fully accredited in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Full Studio Pilates, Mat Pilates, Restorative Aerial Yoga, and more. Our teacher training and ongoing education workshops with input from top physiotherapists give all our students, and fellow teachers, a line to always keep learning.
