Reformer Classes

Experience the transformative power of Pilates and embark on a journey towards a stronger, more balanced body. At our studio, we offer a range of Pilates classes including Reformer, Mat, and Private sessions. Through targeted exercises and mindful movement, Pilates enhances physical strength, improves posture, increases flexibility, and promotes mental clarity.

Reformer classes are available in Group or Private sessions.

CLASS TYPE

Aerial Classes

Unleash your inner acrobat and experience the captivating world of aerial fitness. With our exhilarating aerial classes, you'll discover a unique fusion of artistry and strength as you defy gravity and perform awe-inspiring moves on suspended apparatus. Elevate your fitness routine and build core strength, flexibility, and coordination in a dynamic and empowering way. 

Aerial classes are available in Group or Private sessions.

CLASS TYPE

Gyrotonic

A full-bodied, fascial workout. The Gyrotonic method combines breath, movement, and intention in a flow that mimics the ebb and flow of waves. It works with the  concept of rounded, flowing movements that echo the rounded spaces in between our joints to bring spaciousness and buoyancy to our bodies. An essential workout to help your core, to free up your shoulders, or to rebalance your spine, this method works wonders for tight knees, necks, shoulders, or backs. 

Gyrotonic classes are only available in Private sessions.
