Reformer Pilates

Experience the transformative power of Pilates and embark on a journey towards a stronger, more balanced body. At our studio, we offer a range of Pilates classes including Reformer, Mat, and Private sessions. Through targeted exercises and mindful movement, Pilates enhances physical strength, improves posture, increases flexibility, and promotes mental clarity.

Reformer Strong Flow

Difficulty level: 

Dance and flow it out on the reformers. With additional strength and resistance, our strong reformer classes challenge deep balance, stabilization, and mobilization.

Prerequisites: 10 reformer classes taken in the last 4 months. 

Back care Pilates

Difficulty level: 

Grow your body awareness and improve mobility as you enter our Reformer Pilates Class, challenging strength while emphasizing proper form. Perfect for those who are looking for a great workout while conditioning their bodies or coming off an injury.

Prerequisites: Two Reformer beginner classes

Reformer Introduction

Difficulty level:  -

Take a look at our online guide to orient yourself on our reformers! Join us for an introductory class to refamiliarize yourself with our spring settings, learn how to set up the reformer, and grasp the basic fundamentals of Pilates.

Prerequisites: None. This is a prerequisite for other classes.

Reformer Flow

Difficulty level: 

Strengthen and resist with unusual spring settings to help you better understand the unique muscles of the body. Prerequisites are 6 reformer introduction classes.

Prerequisites: 6 reformer introduction classes

Reformer Align

Difficulty level: 

In our Reformer Align Class, we prioritize form. Our exercises hone your body awareness, fostering even strength and harmonizing the coordination between your left and right sides. This specialized approach helps correct imbalances, enhances your proprioception and empowers your to build strength and move with fluidity.

Prerequisites: 5 foundation classes to prepare for an enriching experience in our Reformer Align Class, where we focus on your overall alignment and well-being.

Mat Pilates Series

Roll & Release - Mat Pilates

Difficulty level: -

Pilates is a whole-body workout that combines scientific principles with your breath to develop a strong, balanced body. Roll out any kinks or tight spots for a deep-full body massage and release with our foam roller mat class.

Prerequisites: None.

With our exhilarating aerial classes, you'll discover a unique fusion of artistry and strength as you defy gravity and perform awe-inspiring moves on suspended apparatus. Elevate your fitness routine and build core strength, flexibility, and coordination in a dynamic and empowering way.

Aerial Introduction

Difficulty level:  -

For absolute beginners, or those who enjoy a relaxing stretch. This class eases you into the basics of aerial, allowing you to breathe into your space within and ease tight spots and kinks.

Prerequisites: None. This is a prerequisite for other classes.

Aerial Chill Stretch

Difficulty level: 

Deepening your connection within your body and getting long, lean and flexible while relaxing through this chill class

Prerequisites: None.

Aerial Flow

Difficulty level: 

Flow through the air and dance it out to music by combining simple aerial moves and putting them together to the music.

Prerequisites: 5 aerial hammock classes, comfort & fluidity in the hammock.

or if you could send us a video of you doing the following tricks safely withing the last six months- black belt line inversions, hanging on hands free, flip on the hammock, flip out of the hammock and standing on the hammock comfortably
