What experience level is required for the training?

• The 16H Aerial Teacher Training Level 1 is open to all experience levels — beginners are welcome! We do recommend that you have taken at least 20 Aerial classes and are comfortable with back belt line inversions, thighwraps, and are able to bring your comfortably hold your knees to chest in the air. 
 • The 16H Aerial Teacher Training Level 2 is designed for intermediate practitioners looking to deepen their skills! We require those wanting to take Level 2 to have taken Level 1 beforehand or have previous Aerial Teaching Training before.

Can I join both Level 1 and Level 2?

Absolutely! You can join both levels to get a full certification experience and take advantage of our early bird rates before they end on December 20th. However, Level 2 is open to those who have previous Aerial Teacher Training before or who have taken Shy Shy’s Aerial Teacher Training Level 1.

What should I bring for the training?

Accepted Answer

Please bring comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a notebook, and lots of positive energy! All necessary aerial equipment will be provided.
