Senior Reformer Packages

Our Senior Reformer packages are a gentle way for mums, dads, and loved ones to ease into their Pilates journey through group/private sessions with mindful guidance, low-impact strength work, and a supportive environment to help them feel strong and capable again. Our group classes are here to support seniors in staying active, rebuilding confidence and improve joint movement as they age gracefully into their golden years.

If you are aged 60 and above, we're offering a range of starter packages (group and private) to suit your needs.
