I recently had the pleasure of attending my first aerial yoga class at Mindful Movement, and it was an incredibly positive experience. The class was led by Joanna, a friendly and knowledgeable instructor who made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the session. The studio's atmosphere was welcoming and calming, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing and invigorating practice. I highly recommend Mindful Movement for anyone interested in trying aerial yoga—it's a fantastic place with great vibes and excellent instruction.

chanced upon the studio for aerial introduction class one day and i thought to myself, why not try out the reformer classes here? i’ve been attending reformer classes at another studio and i have to say Mins’ classes at Mindful Movement are the best i’ve been to! the small class size allowed Mins to focus and correct everyone’s posture and alignment during class and she always made the effort to personalize the class according to our wants/needs by asking us questions like how do we feel today, and what do we wish to work on today! also, emphasizes on listening to our body and do what we are comfortable with instead throughout the class. definitely learnt lots from her and i do catch myself checking my posture and engaging the right muscles even when i’m attending classes elsewhere!
also a shoutout to Carmen for the amazing aerial classes i’ve joined here! love the way she breaks down each movement and made every class so fun! thank you Mindful Movement for this cosy little safe space :)
