FAQs
1 / Private vs Group - Which should i start with?
We recommend new clients, especially with pain and/or injuries to start with privates not because group s unsafe, but because you will get so much more out of group once you become more aware of your own body
2 / Do i need prior Pilates/Aerial experience?
Not at all! We will meet you where you are. Our instructors will guide you so you feel comfortable learning at your own pace
3 / I'm not flexible, can i still join the classes?
Absolutely. Flexibility is NOT a requirement.
4 / What should I expect in my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, grip socks (for our pilates class) and your instructor will guide you through the basics and introduce foundational exercises
